1) Notice at Collection

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked with a particular consumer or device (“Personal Information”). The categories we collect, the purposes for which we use them, and whether we “sell” or “share” them for cross-context behavioral advertising are summarized below. More detail appears in the sections that follow.

Categories: Identifiers (e.g., name, email, phone), commercial/order data, internet activity (pages viewed, device/browser), general location (from IP), communications you send us, and form/checkout fields you choose to submit.

Purposes: Provide and improve the Services, schedule pickups, process orders and payments, prevent fraud/security incidents, analytics, and—if you consent—marketing/measurement via cookies.

Selling/Sharing: We do not “sell” Personal Information. We do not “share” Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you enable optional advertising/analytics cookies (e.g., GA4 features) via our cookie banner. You can decline or change your preferences at any time.

We retain information as described in Data Retention below.

2) Categories of Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Personal Identifiers: name, email, phone number, address, zip code, order IDs.

Commercial/Transaction Information: bookings, plans purchased, order details, pickup scheduling details. Payment card details are processed by our processor (see Disclosures)—we do not store full card numbers.

Internet / Electronic Activity: device and browser type, pages viewed, referrers, timestamps, and similar usage data collected via cookies/SDKs.

General Location: approximate city/region inferred from IP.

Communication Information: messages you send us by email, form, or SMS (including photos of items you upload).

Inferences (Optional): if you consent to advertising features, Google may derive interests/demographics for analytics/ads measurement.

Job Applicant Data (If applicable): resume/CV, work history, and related details if you apply for a role.

We also create de-identified and aggregated data for statistical and operational purposes. We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified data except as permitted by law to test and maintain its de-identification.

3) Sources of Information

Directly from you: forms, bookings, checkout, emails/SMS, photos you send.

Automatically: cookies and similar technologies on our Squarespace site (see Cookies, Analytics & Your Choices).

Service Providers: payment processors (e.g., Stripe), site/hosting (Squarespace), analytics/communication tools (e.g., Google Analytics; if enabled later, tools like Zapier/Twilio/Slack acting on our instructions).

Public / Third-Party: where permitted by law (e.g., to prevent fraud or verify addresses).

4) Purposes for Use

We use Personal Information to:

Provide the Services: schedule pickups, process orders and payments, send confirmations and operational messages.

Customer Support & Communications: respond to inquiries; send service messages (including SMS where you’ve provided a number).

Analytics & Improvement: understand site usage, fix bugs, plan capacity, and improve the user experience.

Security & Fraud Prevention: detect/prevent abuse, protect accounts and our Services.

Marketing (with consent): if you opt in to non-essential cookies or subscribe to marketing, we may send promos or measure campaign performance. You can unsubscribe or change cookie preferences at any time.

Compliance: meet legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations; enforce our terms; defend legal claims.

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

5) Cookies, Analytics & Your Choices

Cookie Banner (Squarespace). We show a cookie banner on first visit. You can Accept, Decline, or Manage categories. Essential cookies run to operate the site; analytics/advertising cookies run only if you consent.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4). If enabled by you in the banner:

We use GA4 to measure traffic and understand how visitors use our site.

We configure GA to respect your cookie preferences; GA4 data collection for ads personalization/demographics runs only if you opt in to those cookies.

You can withdraw consent any time via our banner. You can also install Google’s opt-out tools or use your browser’s privacy controls.

Other Trackers. If we later add additional analytics or ad pixels, they will be controlled by the same banner and reflected in this Policy.

Browser Controls. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may impact site functionality.

6) Disclosures of Information

We do not sell Personal Information. We disclose the categories above to:

7) Data Retention

When no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify the data, or if deletion is not feasible (e.g., backups), we will isolate and securely store it until deletion is possible.
